Schedule your free discovery call! This call is for us to see if we are the right fit to help you. This is where we will ask you questions, and you can ask us all of yours. If we are the right person for the job, we'll book an in-person, hands on assessment + consultation. If we are NOT the right professionals for the job, we will refer you to another trusted professional who is the right fit for you.
Initial Assessment + Consultation
This is where you'll come in person to Conquer Health and Performance and we'll get hands on objective measures of your current abilities. During your assessment + consultation, we'll review your goals, check your passive & active range of motion, provide helpful information, and start creating a personalized plan to achieve your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.
Assess
During your first 2-4 weeks, we'll work together one-on-one to develop a functional diagnosis, establish success metrics, and create your personalized exercise plan. A functional diagnosis is NOT a medical diagnosis. Instead it is our objective measure of your current flexibility, mobility, strength balance and more.
DEVeLOP
During this phase, we'll continue to work closely together to build your confidence and proficiency in four essential areas:
- Performing movements safely, effectively, and efficiently
- Understanding and interpreting exercise programs
- Enhancing lifestyle factors that directly influence achieving your goals
- Grasping the primary principles of recovery, capacity, and exercise
