I understand how frustrating it is to feel limited by pain and not know where to start. My approach is all about giving you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to address the root cause of your discomfort so you can stop feeling stuck. Whether it’s getting back to your favourite sport, enjoying time with your family, or simply moving without fear, I’m here to guide you through your own personal process, step by step, at the pace that suits you best.

Be it an old injury, accident, you name it. It’s been months, years, or decades since you remember not having this pain. Let’s talk, assess joint flexibility, mobility and strength balance to see IF we are a good fit to work together. If not I will connect you to the professional who is.

Post-OP

Cleared from physiotherapy but still not ready to return to your active lifestyle, sport or want to be physically active for the first time? YOU are who I want to help.

Post-Injury

You’ve been to physio, but still have pain and know you’re not ready for activity. I can and will communicate with your physio, doc, and other healthcare team to get the outcome possible for you.
