FREE Discovery Call
FREE consultation Call: 30 minutes in length. Via Zoom or Cell Phone [NOT while driving]. This call is the start of a conversation and our assessing phase. It is a chance for me to get to know you and your goals comprehensively. It is also where we determine if we’re a good fit to work together. If not, I will personally connect you with the best professional for the job.
Personal Training
1:1 IN-Person training at Conquer Health and Performance, Caledonia ON 322 Argyle St South. This is where you get the most attention for your solution at the fastest rate possible. The number of sessions varies by solution complexity. After the initial assessment, I will know better how many sessions your journey looks like. That will be outlined in the Assessment & Consultation.
ID Programming
ID Programming [Individual Designed] Programming is delivered to the client and is to be completed by the client independently. At a location they have access to, made with the equipment available in mind. We utilize the TrueCoach software to deliver your custom training program. This software also has data collection features such has nutrition and lifestyle habit tracking. TrueCoach makes for seamless communication and delivery of your workouts to you in a way you can simply view, log and record them. With detailed feedback and comments from me.
